Media Ownership
- You confirm you own the photos/media you provide or have permission to use them.
- Your original photos remain yours.
- We do not sell or reuse your photos for unrelated purposes.
- We only use your submitted media to create your purchased video(s).
AI-Assisted Production
- We may use AI-assisted tools to create cinematic movement and effects.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the property accurate to the original photos.
- We do not intentionally add or materially alter major property features.
Payment
- A 20% deposit is required before production begins.
- The remaining 80% is due before delivery of the final unwatermarked video.
- A watermarked preview may be provided for approval before final payment.
Refunds
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once production begins.
- Refunds may apply in specific circumstances described in the full agreement.
Delivery
- Standard delivery is 2–3 business days after all required media and information are received.
- Package-specific turnaround times apply where applicable.
- Videos in multi-property packages may be delivered individually.
Revisions
- Each package includes the stated number of revisions.
- Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
Use of Final Video
- After full payment, you may use the finished video for your own marketing.
- This includes websites, social media, property listings, and digital advertising.
- You are responsible for complying with MLS rules, platform rules, laws, and other applicable requirements.
Portfolio Use
- We only publicly display your finished video in our portfolio, website, social media, or advertising if you authorize it.

You select your preference in writing before any portfolio use occurs.
You're in control of your media.
You retain ownership of your original photos. We receive permission to process them only for the purpose of creating the video service you purchased.
