Orders and Pricing

Prices displayed on this website apply to the packages described and may change. The price confirmed at the time of your order applies to that order.

Submitting the order form is a request for services. An order is confirmed once we accept it and the required deposit or subscription payment is received.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to submit the media you send us, and for ensuring your published marketing complies with MLS rules, brokerage policies, platform rules, and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and materials are owned by DreamWalk or its licensors. Client media remains owned by the Client as described in the service agreement.

No Performance Guarantees

DreamWalk provides marketing content production. We do not guarantee leads, sales, listing performance, or buyer engagement.

Service Agreement Controls

Where these terms differ from the signed service agreement for a specific order, the service agreement controls for that order.
