We collect the information you provide when you contact us or place an order: name, business or brokerage, email, phone, property address, package selection, uploaded listing photos and logos, and any instructions you send.

How We Use It

We use your information to produce and deliver the video services you purchase, to communicate about your order, to process payment, and to maintain business records.

Submitted media is used only to create the videos you purchase. We do not sell your media or contact information.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Full card details are handled by that processor and are not stored by DreamWalk.

Retention

We retain media and order information only as long as reasonably needed for production, revisions, support, and record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of submitted media after your order is complete.

Portfolio and Marketing

We display finished client videos publicly only where the client has authorized that use in writing.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
