Refund Policy
How deposits, packages, and monthly billing are handled.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required before production begins. Deposits are generally non-refundable once production has started, because production capacity and work have already been committed.
Before Production Begins
If you cancel before we begin production on your order, contact us and we will review your request. Refunds in this situation may be issued at our discretion or where required by law.
Revisions Instead of Refunds
Each package includes the stated number of revisions. Where a delivered video does not match the agreed scope, the revision process is the primary remedy.
Multi-Video Packs
Pack credits expire as stated for each pack. Unused credits are not refundable or transferable unless required by law.
Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance for the agreed 3-month term. Payments for months already billed are not refundable. Unused credits may roll over for up to one month.
Undeliverable Orders
If we are unable to deliver the purchased services — for example, if submitted media is unusable and no suitable replacement is provided — we will discuss a credit or refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.
